Effective date: July 5, 2026 — update this date whenever the terms change.
1. The agreement
By using this website or hiring Wrenchly ("we," "us"), you agree to these terms. If you're signing up on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have the authority to do that.
2. What we do
We provide online-visibility services for local plumbing businesses: free AI-visibility audits, Google Business Profile setup and management, directory and listings corrections, content and posts, help gathering honest customer reviews, and monthly reporting — according to the plan you choose on our pricing page.
3. No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee rankings, placement in AI answers, call volume, or any specific outcome. Google and AI platforms change constantly and are outside anyone's control. What we promise is the work itself, done honestly and reported honestly. Results typically show first movement in 4–8 weeks and build over 3–4 months — and even that is a typical pattern, not a promise.
4. Billing
- No setup fee and no upfront cost — just your chosen monthly plan fee, billed monthly.
- Plans have an initial 90-day term, then continue month to month.
- After the initial term you can cancel any time, effective at the end of the current billing month. No cancellation fees.
- Fees for work already performed aren't refundable.
5. What we need from you
- Accurate information about your business — especially services, hours, service area, and license status. We publish what you tell us; if it's wrong, the problem lands on your profile.
- The platform access described during onboarding, granted through each platform's own permission system. We never ask for passwords.
- Honesty about reviews: we only ever help real customers leave genuine reviews. We will not write, buy, or fake reviews — and we'll end the engagement rather than be asked to.
6. Who owns what
You own your business profiles, your pages, and all content we create for your business — during the engagement and after it ends. We own our internal tools, systems and processes. If you leave, everything we built for you stays with you.
7. Platforms we don't control
Google, Meta, Yelp, Apple and the AI platforms set their own rules and change them without notice. We're not liable for their decisions — including algorithm changes, feature removals, or profile suspensions we didn't cause. If a platform action affects your business, we'll tell you plainly and work on the response with you.
8. Limits of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows: our services are provided "as is," and our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect losses like lost profits or lost business opportunities.
9. Ending the engagement
You can cancel as described in Billing. We can end the engagement for non-payment, or if we're asked to do something dishonest or against platform rules (like faking reviews). Either way, you keep everything that's yours, and we remove our access promptly.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR STATE], United States.
11. Changes
If these terms change, we'll update this page and the effective date. Changes that affect existing clients get an email before they apply.
